Do I have to create an account to subscribe to an activity?
Yes, you can do it through the login link. For more information watch the video below.
What are the conditions to participate in an activity?
All requirements are explained in the activity description.
Can I cancel an activity that I have already paid for?
Yes, up until 48 hours before the activity you will get a refund, transaction and administration fees excluded. You can also choose to get a voucher for another activity and use it later.
Are the activities suitable for children?
You will find this information in the description of the activity.
Can I book a private activity?
Yes, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will be happy to organize it for you.

How can I propose a new activity?
You need to log into your Betypic account in order to create your own activity by filling in the online form (add an activity). The more detailed the description is and the more photos you upload, the more appealing your activity will be. Our team will do a review before it’s release.
Can I cancel my activity?
Yes. You can cancel or postpone your activity, just send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or click on cancel and fill in the form and a member of our team will contact you to help you out.
Can a Typic Seeker cancel the activity once they have paid?
Yes, but if a Typic Seeker cancels the activity less than 48 hours before the activity, you will still receive the full amount as if he or she had participated.
